Documents clearing is ZEIMA's primary licensed activity. It covers the practical work of getting paperwork accepted: checking what is required, preparing the submission, lodging it with the relevant body and following it through.
You give us one brief and one set of documents. We tell you what is missing before anything is filed, so files are not rejected for avoidable reasons, and we keep you informed until the outcome is in your hands.
Not included. Medical fitness examinations and government transaction centre services are not included.

How long will it take?
It depends on the body involved and on how complete your documents are. We confirm the expected timing once we have reviewed your request, and we do not quote a timeline until we know the route.
Do you handle medical fitness examinations or government transaction centre services?
No. Those services are outside our licensed scope. We will tell you at the start if part of your request falls outside it.
What do I need to send with my request?
The documents you want processed, the name of the person or company they relate to, and any deadline. We will list anything else that is missing before we file.
